for Jacques van Marken Heritage Accommodation
1. Definitions 1.1. Lessor: Stone X B.V.
1.2. Lessee: The person or persons renting the apartment for a short stay.1.3. The Apartment: The Loft apartment located at Phoenixstraat 54, 2611 AM, Delft.1.4. Stay Period: The booked period as specified in the reservation confirmation.2.Reservation and Payment
2.1. A reservation is considered final after full payment of the rental price for the booked stay period, as specified in the reservation confirmation.2.2. The rental price is exclusive of tourist tax, which must be paid upon arrival.2.3. The tourist tax is €4.50 per person per night.3. Cancellation and Changes
3.1. Non-refundable rates:3.1.1. No refund will be given in case of cancellation.3.1.1. Date changes are possible by arrangement, subject to availability, with a €50 change fee.3.2. Flexible rates:3.2.1. Free changes and cancellations are possible up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.3.2.2. No refund will be given for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.3.2.3. Date changes within 5 days before arrival are possible by arrangement, subject to availability, with a €50 change fee.3.3. Force Majeure: In case of force majeure, such as pandemics or natural disasters, standard cancellation policies apply, but the lessee retains credit for a future stay.3.4. The lessor cannot cancel without a valid reason. In case of cancellation, the lessor will book an alternative accommodation or offer a full refund after consultation with the lessee.4. Check-In and Check-Out
4.1. Check-in is possible from 15:00.4.2. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure.4.3. Late check-out is only possible by arrangement and approval from the lessor.5. Use of the Apartment
5.1. The apartment may only be used for short stays, whether for tourism or business purposes.5.2. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than agreed without the lessor's permission.5.3. Organizing parties or events is not allowed.5.4. The maximum number of nights for a stay is 90 days.5.5. Visitors are limited to 2 people between 07:00 and 21:00.6. Keys and Fines
6.1. There is only one bedroom key. If the key is lost, the lock will be replaced, and the cost will be charged to the lessee.6.2. Breach of house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.6.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a fine of €250.7. Cleaning and Maintenance
7.1. The apartment will be delivered clean and in good condition.7.2. The lessee is responsible for leaving the apartment in a reasonable condition.7.3. A €75 fee will be charged if extra cleaning is required.7.4. Any repair costs will be passed on to the lessee.8. Liability
8.1. The lessee is responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during the stay.8.2. The lessor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the lessee's personal belongings.8.3. In cases of serious violations of the rules, the lessee may be evicted without a refund.9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Guest personal data is protected and processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
